Hello everyone I am not sure if I am at the right spot or doing the right thing I am very new to posting and forums I have been in Real Estate for over 4 years and have always been interested in getting into REO's. I have sold as many if not more REO properties than any other property. I am very interested in getting into listing REO's. I was doing some searching and found this site and joined, and from the looks of it I am on the right track. I ask questions of other agents but they are not really into sharing which is something that I have always done. If I know something and I think it can help someone else I am going to do my best to answer their questiions. So I am glad to be here and I hope I can learn from you all and I don't know if I can but will be glad to also help anyone also. Forums are very much a "give and take" deal. If you just "lurk", and passively read other peoples posts, and only create posts when you need a question answered, you won't get very far...

However, if you first search for threads where you can add your expertise, what goes around will eventually come around. After you've contributed to the forums with something of value, you'll find that answers to your questions will come a lot more freely.

Welcome aboard Teresa. I hope you will have a luck with the REO here. So in the REO section instead of shearing and answering your questions you will receive advice like "read, read, read":-) so have fun with reading.

I have been a agent for only 4 years so I guess I am still learning but as I find out any useful information I will be glad to share and hopefully I can help someone else along. I have just recently started to research REO's, I have been more of a buyers agent I guess but I have always been interested in the REO's and I have sold more of them I think than any other.
