Kenzie, when you go after a "Brand Slogan", you need to decide and stick with it for the long haul. You need to really think about it really hard before you pull the trigger. A professional opinion is what I would seek. Don't ever leave a business move up to a real estate board full of people you don't know. If you would have went online years ago and told everybody you own a hamburger place and was thinking about having a clown as your spoke person, you would have been laughed offline Ask your friends and relatives. They'll be harsh and honest, but ask anyway. Shoot for a 1st of mind slogan. In the end, it's your call. Go with your gut. BigC

My former principal was all about branding. He had a simple slogan thingy "SOLD!" and used it in a lot of advertising. He said that when he goes in stores and such, occasionally people would point at him and say "sold" - that is great for this business.
You are going to have to tread carefully on this one. As Perky said, not everyone identifies positively with 007. Personally, I think Pierce (the best Bond, IMHO) is finer than frogs hair and could eat crackers in my bed anytime, but I hate the Bond movies.
The concept of Secret Agent does not lend itself to putting confidence in your skills.
I'll give this some thought, and post some ideas again later.

This is too funny! "finer than frogs hair"? Where can I get some?

I know this doesn't help much, but my managing broker's slogan is, My Service Will Move You.
I thought it was very clever (corny yes, but I hadn't thought of it so I also thought it was clever).

I know I'm pretty late to this party (sidenote: this is my first post ever on this forum > great resource btw) but I do have a slogan... I don't think it's too cheesy or corny...
Don't Get Sold... Get Educated.
I like it ;)

I believe your slogan either has to be a great one or you are better with none at all. This holds true for both company slogans and personal slogans. Mine is a play on a well-known slogan, but I have personalized it. Now it embodies everything I stand for as a marketer and it guides me every day. “Good ideas are a dime a dozen, but implementation is priceless!” When you create a slogan it needs to be believable and people should relate you with the slogan. For example if you chose to use "There's no Secret to my great Service" you would have to regularly wow people with service that is above their expectations and have people talk about it. Your blog is a good example. There seem to be two kinds of slogans for Realtors; those that differentiate a Realtor and creates a positive impression on the reader and the others that in my opinion state the obvious and do not provide a credible difference. I wrote a couple of informative posts on my blog which might help you in the process. 1) Creating the Perfect Tagline - http://themarketingguy.wordpress.com/2007/09/27/creating-the-perfect-tagline/2) Writing a Slogan or Tagline - http://themarketingguy.wordpress.com/2007/07/31/writing-a-slogan-or-tag-line/Hope these are helpful.
