We have an agent listing foreclosures in northern IL. who has lived in California for the last 2 years. He is probably the largest lister of foreclosures in our MLS. Setting up a showing is a laugh and submitting an offer, I am told is often fruitless. I don't know how he keeps getting listings.

I am with you. Some agents are giving the rest of us hard working, honest, agents a bad name.
We have agents here with huge numbers of REO listings. When I call to show the property they don't know the code. If they were showing it they would know the code.
I am following the rules layed out in the contract. I find other agents with the same AM doing nothing as is dictated. No sign up, no power on, no trash outs or yard work is done.
I know this as I am showing these properties. Why are they getting all the listings?

We all see this but I don't need any cheese to go with it on my end, I just focus on how and what I do.

Yep, they dropped yesterday. I got about 10 and declined two of those because I had done them in the last month. But there might be more, so don't give up hope.

It's pretty much random, but usually in the morning or late afternoon.

I got 13 last Thursday and a 2 since yesterday

Hi all!!! Sorry I have not been on in a few weeks. I just answered my 65 PM's BPO ORDER: If I missed ya I will try to get you when I have more work. Unfortunately there was not enough to go around in alot of the areas. Hope you all are well!!! Keep your fingers crossed that Litton buys an aquisition deal they are working on. If so the work will pour in on all of us. Thank You to you all that did get orders & got them in on or before the due date!!!! We could not do it without all of you!!!
