As you will see I am based in Phuket, selling Phuket and Dubai Realty, business is going well however, I never like to rest on my laurels! So always looking to tweak things and make them better if needed!

The name of your area sounds just like what is considered a vulgar expression here...my comment was tongue-in cheek.

Phuket is pronounced with the long u - "ooo" - "fooket" not that other way

Your site is ok - seems a bit cluttered. When I look at it I'm very distracted. Your navigation bar is ok (I would prefer a different color than just black text - usually links are not in black text).

Overall the home page is cluttered. There are items and links all over the page. As a consumer, this makes me want to navigate away from you right away. If you could organize this data in a much easier, appealing way I think it would help. ORGANIZE THE CLUTTER. There is lots of good information and useful links here, but you shouldn't make your viewer have to hunt through it all to figure out what's the most important, etc...

Also, about your featured properties, you could really use a better way to showcase them. You have a generic description text and a few plain photos. Look into virtual tours, there are some out there now you can get for free. Check out www.tourvista.com or www.postlets.com or www.vflyer.com. You can create an account for free and use your own photos or video to create a great tour in minutes. And with TourVista you can create interactive floor plans which really offer the viewer a better idea of the home online.

I think those changes and additions could really help your site!
