AMNforms is great

I received my first Fannie Mae listing and was told I would need Multiform as well. I take it AMNforms is a good substitute? Can they tell it's not Mutiform?

Yes. The multiform is uploadable directly to the other version is.

Try to put off purchasing MultiForms if you can. Fannie Mae direct and third party vendors will be switching to Equator pretty soon. I do not know what part, if any, MultiForms will play in the workflow after that switchover.

The forms are the same, but don't upload the same so they can tell. I use the photos addendum for many other applications, it's brain dead simple. Been using Multiforms since it first came out about 10-12 years ago.

They can tell but it works fine. I have submitted about a dozen BPO's already and was using the Lite version for a couple of months before this one came out to do addendums and it was fine. Great alternative. surprised it took someone so long.
