Anyone have good resource for finding comps on commercial BPo's??

I find very few reliable commercial comps through the MLS. In my area, most commercial is run through "pocket listings". Do yo u have a broker you know well?

I agree with the pocket listing comment. MLS for commercial in my area is garbage. Also, Loopnet and Costar are pretty good but don't always paint a full picture either....but is much better than MLS.

I hope sell SellSomeProperty got assistance with the commercial BPO - doing a commercial BPO and having never heard of CoStar sounds strange.

In Atlanta we have some niche local commercial property directories. They have nothing to do with the local mls's and work great. I would ask around in your local market and see what you find. Good Luck!

I wanted to see what kind of demand there is for commercial BPO's on a national scale. Most brokers I have s/w provide them as a free service to client in getting listing. Any comments welcome.
