I just finished my tx pre-test courses....210 hours in 2 months using vaned-texas.com and loved the online delivery! Did this part time in the evenings, weekends and during 1 week of vacation.

Now the cram starts and I have been reading this forum today and read that many of u used licensetutor.com for st/ntl test cram.

I plan to take my test in Nov during my next vacation from work.

Just wanting some insite from you on what (if any) test prep "cram" programs you used,why you picked it and how much you think it helped.

I took my test in Indiana and I thought it was fairly easy. I see you had 210 hours. In Indiana we only have to take a 54 hour course. I didn't use any test prep programs. The company that provides the testing in our area had a sample test on their website but it cost $20. I didn't do it. I did pass but the testing company doesn't let you know your score. In any case good luck.

I did a combination of the things recommended in this forum and passed easily.

1. Flash cards for every question/answer used in the courses (I also took the classes online)

2. Ditto for everything in the edition of Modern Real Estate Practice for my state that wasn't covered by the classes

I reviewed these until I got 100% correct

3. Prep book from the company that administers my state's exam -- I studied it until I got a 90 or higher on all the diagnostic tests and practice exams

4. Practice exam from the company that administers my state's exam
