Today is my first day on this forum and I thought I would join and let everyone know about my experiences.

I was moving to Chicago and I wanted to buy either a condo or loft. I didn't really have any specifics in regards to type of home or neighborhood. My friend referred me to @properties. Best move!

There are plenty of places where you can buy something along this places but you need to pinpoint exactly where you want to move-south, north etc. Also decide if maybe a foreclosure or a fixer upper would work as well. Once you decided where exactly you want to move, contact a real estate agent, as they would have the most knowledge to be able to find a house with your criteria. Good Luck!

The criteria are one and the same all over the country, location, price, school district.... Hire a good local Realtor and you will be good. God luck!
