Hi there, Coldwell Banker, in my opinion, is a very good company to start your career. They have excellent training and tools that will help cut down on your expenses. You will learn a lot about the type of questions that buyers and sellers are asking by doing "floor time" at these large companies with a lot of listings. If you make any mistakes - you were only a voice on the phone but will learn a lot, so it is a great place to practice and maybe even get lucky enough to get a customer out of it. Don't worry about choosing the wrong company - if you find that you are not as happy with your choice as you expected remember that you are an "independent contractor" and can move your license to another office any time you choose. Good Luck with your new career!
