super realtor Major Contributor Registered: 05/01/05 Posts: 5330 Loc: georgia	Metro/Brokers GMAC real estate. They have an instructor there that employs a system that his students pass with a 95 percent success rate.

Kenny Junior Member Registered: 09/20/08 Posts: 7 Loc: Long Island, NY	I went online for mine and it was really hard. I went to college completely online and the Real Estate course was 10 times harder. In New York it's a 75 hour course with about 4,000 pages of information. I passed the tests, but it was still hard. My suggestion would be to get an online course if you can and buy the exam cram book. Thats what I did and the course was filled with stuff I didn't need but the exam cram book cut right to the chase. Good Luck!
