I was looking through these forums the other day and saw an interesting post regarding buyer/seller package. The problem is I can't find it anymore. I searched and searched with no results. A unique thing in the message was that the agent includes a measuring tape in his package. If anyone can point me to that post that would be great. If not, I have a quetion for you.
What kind of information do you have in your Buyer Package for example during Buyer Orientation Session. Also what do you include in your Listing Presentation?
