At the moment real estate market in Baltic states are very low and as lots of companies and private sellers have difficulties with cash flow and bank payments they sell below market value.Time is right for big investors to buy businesses and development projects.

I am not an agent but i just happend to know lots of developers and also their story.
For example some developers have still high prices but the reason is only cause they don`t have even enough money to put new advertisers.
You can not buy if you dont know about it and also i do not have any more money to buy them up!Sorry but lots of information is confidential and if someone really wants to know something then only by e-mail!
