You're welcome.

Before you decide to purchase only one module of the Multi-Forms software, however, be sure that the BPO is the only thing you will need to do in Multi-Form. For Fannie Mae, for instance, there are other components of the software that you need. If a deal fails to close on time and you need an extension, Fannie Mae wants that request on their form--and for that you need Multi-Form. The Contract Cover sheet is another example of a form often required by vendors.

If you are going to receive FNMA listings and not only BPOs ,you have to buy full single family package for $505 including shipping.
If you do not then partial packages will cost you substantially more at the later time!

Hmm... Your saying AM at a servicer like for me, I Don't get Fannie Mae Listings direct, I get this from RES.net... Do you think that would apply?

The Multiform folks are pretty insistent that their software only be placed on one machine (as are most software vendors, of course). They have a new thing called Multiform Mobile where the program is on a flash drive.

This new method looks interesting:

Would love to get in Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Been doing BPO's...10 or so a week since the 1st of the year. I know I have to put in the work to get noticed but is there a particular BPO mill I should be doing work for that would increase my odds? Don't mean to post in the wrong spot but it sounds like some of you here have some experience Fannie.

Thanks!
Marc

You want in with Fannie Mae direct? You have better odds climbing Mt Everest in a bathing suit. If they want you, then they will invite you. I bet they have a file cabinet overflowing with potential brokers waiting to get in.

I had no problem becoming a Fannie Mae broker (I was their contact person at the agency that sponsored me before going on my own). BpoBill's comment would apply to Freddie Mac as far as I'm concerned.

BPO Bill,

How tall is Mt. Everest? How do I get noticed, maybe increase my odds of an invite?

I had an AM tell me to purchase the software because they were going to start getting new FannieMae listings, but I never heard anything else. Are you getting work from other companies or just the one that told you to purchase the software?
