Hi, I have done many listings and tenant rep but I have never represented a buyer or a seller before. can any of you recomemend any book or classes to learn about that?

I would think that if you have "done many listings", then you have represented Sellers. That's what a Listing is: creating a Contract to Represent a Seller (aka A Listing Agreement).

In commercial real estate, many commercial real estate agents focus solely on commercial leasing, so it is very common for a commercial agent to have had many listings and never represented a seller. There are, in fact, commercial listing agreements designed specifically for leasing commercial properties.
