My interior order got erased. That upsets me so much, they are most likely expecting everyone to do them over. smirk

Yup, accepted 4 at 2 am this morning as primary vendor and got the "acceptance email". Then those orders were sent out on a blast this morning at 10. Lost them all....I think I was one of the first this happened to as when I called them, they had no clue what I was talking about,.

Yeah mine was an interior order as well. What a drag! Here I go working on it the second time around. Hopefully it doesn't get lost again tonight.

A lot of times I get the cancellation blast before I get the order for them. Crazy I tell ya!

I got a couple of exterior BPO's last week, and then nothing Friday, Saturday, or Sunday from the blasts. Is this normal with M2M not to have any for a few days?

No, you should be getting something every day. Call them.

I think their blast are BS...The only time I will do an order for them...is over the phone with an bump in fee...with a pretty pretty please... because the other agent dropped the ball...and when they come to their senses they will know to call me first...

Does anyone know how many orders you need to catch on blast to become a primary vendor for M2M? I have done a few, swallowing my ego and driving to the middle of no-where because the "primary vendor has declined the assignment". I called them but couldn't seem to get a clear answer from them on how to go auto-assign.

And herein lies the greatest mystery of my existence. tomjwebb is not the first and he won't be the last, but I always wonder why people think we know more than the companies themselves know about themselves.

tom - asking questions like this here will get you 100 answers, maybe 1 of which will be based in fact. Maybe you should try talking to someone else at M2M who does know, or maybe they want it to be shrouded in secrecy. Sorry, I am just always perplexed by questions like yours.

And if it helps, I have been working for M2M for over 2 years, only able to catch about 15 blasts, and finally have started getting orders assigned. But they have gotten completely screwy with this new client of theirs, and I am all but done with them. No need for details, just suffice it to say I am the easiest vendor any company will ever work with and I am fed up with these jehu's. (It's a word, used only slightly out of context. And it scores well in scrabble)

I called this morning to see why I haven't even received 1 blast since last Thursday. They were very nice to talk with and said that they got a major order that they dumped last week. Right now they don't have a thing in the hopper. They checked the settings on my account and found nothing wrong.

SMH (scratching my head)!

Now you are making me feel bad. I was completely kidding you, I just didn't expect you to be so gullible. You may go a month or two between blasts. It just depends on your location, their other vendors, their clients, etc.

REOCal - TB really is a great advisor - she does like to kid, tease and well - keep the rules .. but she has the endearing quality whereas she can take it as well as dish out the tom foolery.

Welcome to the board and congratulations on your first of many hazing activities you're bound to encounter.
