OrlandoAgent,

I agree - I'm concerned about my contact info being on there when it says "BPO Vendor Value not supported".

That's an incredible price adjustment that was done on yours! How were you able to contact the reviewer? I pride myself on the quality of my work - it's all very frustrating. I'm probably making too much out of it but I've never had anything like this happen to me on any of my BPO's. Espescially since this should have been such a straight forward BPO and my comps, adjustments and comments were all very thorough. I can't remember the last time I was QC'ed by any of my other BPO companies.

I have been signe on with this company m2m for 4 months, as well as my daughter who is a realtor, we get a huge amount of blasts and can NEVER catch a single BPO, we have days there are up to 24 messages, as soon as they hit the system a "cancelled" one hits right behind it. I no longer even try.

I have had m2m call and assign a bpo to me directly and it still comes up on my email as a blast then another one as a cancel. Also, orders will hit the website sometimes a few minutes before the blast goes out. So if you are on the site, you can catch it before the blast.

Frankly, after having experienced all of these incidents that you good people have had with M2M, then only being called on those out of county assignments 60 miles away round trip for the same city bpo price, I found it better to ignore them and keep my sanity

I caught three bpos from them on the blast. So far since registering they sent men 160 that I have missed. I passed qc with no complaints on all three. So dose my "score" go up? anyone have an idea how they work? teir system I heard?

Also I made price ajustments on a few of the BPO's and that part of the report is missing on the finished report, Luckly I explained in detail my ajustments in the comments. The rural bpos tough.

"sent me 160"-correction of above kept in text b/c relevent to next post. I am still in fact mode from bpos!

I wish a company would send me 160 men. I am sometimes oblivious to them, but 160 of them I would have noticed wink

I have never, ever, ever, had to revise a report I submitted to this company, or had a QC-fail, or anything of that nature. A few times (very few) I have noticed that they disagreed with my value. In that case, they put their value side by side with mine. I have no problem with that approach. I have my opinion and they have theirs -- The client gets to see both. Pretty honest approach, in my opinion. And the fact that I never, ever have QC issues puts this company near the top of my list.

I started out on blasts, then I started getting auto assigns, now about 80%-90% auto-assign.

Either I'm on the bottom of the blast list, or they don't get that much in Ohio I've been signed up with them for year and have only received about 6 blast that were all snatched up before I even found my sign on!

You have to admit however that their form is horrible. All the different pages and then you can only upload one photo at a time? Try that on an interior fourplex! Yes, there QC is practically non-existant but their form flows bad which makes me chase work from other compaines.

Funny, out of all of the really bad form designs out there, M2M doesn't make it to the top of my list. I actually like it. I wish I understood what was up with the tax ID thingy but I like their forms better than say IAS or PCVs. The photo upload is a pain, I agree but the form it itself is better than most. I don't like having to do a separate search for proximity when they have the capability to add that to all of their forms, that they could change. M2M is one of the good ones in my book (and they pay!).

Preferred agents - Do you ever run into the issue where you are sent an "assigned" order and given "8" hours to accept, but you log in 10 minutes later and its already gone? I've been having problems with that lately and am wondering if they are sending it to multiple "preferred" agents and we dont' really have exclusitivity.

I received one order last week where it said that I was the preferred vendor and had 8 hours to accept. I log in in 5 minutes and it was gone. I was a little miffed. Funny thing is, they called me on Tuesday with the same order. So it makes me wonder what's up with them. I did get an order that wasn't blasted it was just siting there and I grabbed it. I haven't done much with them but about 1/3 have been cancelled within a minute of being blasted. Things that make you scratch your head.
