I have been signe on with this company m2m for 4 months, as well as my daughter who is a realtor, we get a huge amount of blasts and can NEVER catch a single BPO, we have days there are up to 24 messages, as soon as they hit the system a "cancelled" one hits right behind it. I no longer even try.

I have had m2m call and assign a bpo to me directly and it still comes up on my email as a blast then another one as a cancel. Also, orders will hit the website sometimes a few minutes before the blast goes out. So if you are on the site, you can catch it before the blast.

Frankly, after having experienced all of these incidents that you good people have had with M2M, then only being called on those out of county assignments 60 miles away round trip for the same city bpo price, I found it better to ignore them and keep my sanity

So far since registering they sent men 160 that I have missed. I wish a company would send me 160 men. I am sometimes oblivious to them, but 160 of them I would have noticed

I have never, ever, ever, had to revise a report I submitted to this company, or had a QC-fail, or anything of that nature. A few times (very few) I have noticed that they disagreed with my value. In that case, they put their value side by side with mine. I have no problem with that approach. I have my opinion and they have theirs -- The client gets to see both. Pretty honest approach, in my opinion. And the fact that I never, ever have QC issues puts this company near the top of my list.

I started out on blasts, then I started getting auto assigns, now about 80%-90% auto-assign.

Either I'm on the bottom of the blast list, or they don't get that much in Ohio I've been signed up with them for year and have only received about 6 blast that were all snatched up before I even found my sign on!

Preferred agents - Do you ever run into the issue where you are sent an "assigned" order and given "8" hours to accept, but you log in 10 minutes later and its already gone? I've been having problems with that lately and am wondering if they are sending it to multiple "preferred" agents and we dont' really have exclusitivity.
