What did we ever do before the internet? It's amazing what you will learn with a little research. Now if you could just figure out what 12 million people bought their albums...

Yeah, the same happens to me. Order out then order cancel. What I like is the primary always declines the ones out of town, then they come to me...drive 120 miles both ways...use their cranky online form for a minimum fee that buys less gas then last week...Nope!

Agreed Retsof, they are dropping further and further down the list and darn near spam. They cancel over 50% of the orders they send me and I will not begin to work on one until its actual due date. Toss that class act to the newbies! 8 hours exclusivity then cancelled 12 hours later wtf

Does anyone else have a problem with them changing their values after passing QC in the review section?? That just happened to me for the first time, but the reviewers comments and the reasoning behind changing value makes no sense to me. She valued it at 30,000 below my lowest comparable comp and the P/SQ is lower than all my comps combined LOL.

So I've done a couple handfuls of M2M's order's under my broker so I decided around april to sign up myself. While I get the whole blast concept, what I don't get is Friday I had my first order that said I was assigned had 8 hours to accept. Being the bpo junkie I am, I was online under 5 mins signed in and the order is already cancelled! What's up with these guys? I'm just a bit frustrated lately, I guess:)

M2M cancelled my last order, too Realtormama. Ironically, it was a place I'd already done for them 6 months prior. I asked for the same (increased) fee I'd had the previous time, as it is about a 60 mile drive and in an area very difficult to comp. This time they just cancelled it. Anticipating their approval of the increased fee, I had already made the drive to take the photos. Grrrrrrrrr.

M2M does periodically auto-assign/8 hours to accept. I believe it is performance based, so you may have been "agent of the week" grin . I get both types from them. I even had one that said I had 8 hours to accept and and 2 minutes later it said it had already been taken. I didn't have time to log-in because I was driving.

No that is not true...They have preferred agents, which I am one of. And they assign orders with 8 hours to accept.
