Every time I receive an e-mail request for a BPO from M2M, it is sent (and received) at the same time as a cancellation for the same order. While I know that these are blasts, and probably already accepted by another agent, it seems odd that both the request and cancellation are blasted at exactly the same time. It has happened 72 times in the last 30 days. Never used to happen. Anyone else have a similar experience or explanation?

Yes it happens often to me. Seems like the "original" assign agents takes it before the blast, however the email still goes out!

Yes, that is true. I have my assistant clicking refresh every 30 seconds or so. If you use outlook you can only set it to refresh your emails every 60 seconds. So, by the time you get the email it has already been accepted by someone else in the area. I have heard of people using programs to get them quickly as well.

Get a gmail account and set up IMAP, works just like the blackberry server and I have text alert also on my phone for orders. As soon as the email hits the gmail server I get a text message and I usually have time to log in a snag the order(s) before most or click the accept link in the email from my phone. Sometimes there is a delay, particularly in bad weather. But I have doubled my BPO volume since I change my email set in January.

Oh, and I can actually leave the office and get other work done.

I think I just got on auto assign. Do you have to keep checking the website to find ones assigned to you?

I don't. I get an email letting me know that I have 8 hours to accept it. I don't check the website. I did actually get a couple of extra orders tongiht because I logged in to accept one that was assigned to me and there happened to be 2 more that apparently had just been declined by the primary agent in that zip code.

Thanks OHAgent - I just logged in on the off chance of there being and order and there were 3, yeah! Now let's see how long it takes the email notification to actually get here.

Then you're a "preferred vendor".

Yes I am. Metro wanted to know if you had to check the website for orders being assigned to you and the answer is no.

They now have this long(it's been a month) process of allowing you to be on auto assign. They were not auto assigns, thanks OH. And it did take about 10 mins for me to get the emails after I had already accepted them.

They are expecting to get 2 new clients soon, so look for more from this company.

Do these guys also list REOs? I just picked up two orders where I get 8 hours to accept. I may have heard they do listings as well. Anyone know?
