I just signed up with them and the 4 blasts I've received were at 12:30 AM after I had turned off the laptop and was trying to get to sleep!

I think that FLBeachbum and JustineRRG are getting all the orders here in FL.

I am not getting text messages from M2M even though on the app. I marked yes to 'can receive text messages'. My email is a gmail account and I have it set up as an IMAP. How do you get text messages? I have a PDA but I'm not getting internet service at this time but can receive text messages.

swfl - just don't go to sleep and you'll get the orders. I use my hotmail account for all bpo/reo orders and so far I can receive text messages from all companies.

That's just too funny! smile

I'm wondering whether I have to register my email as 239888999@vtext.com which is my verizon mobile email address so I can get the text messages? or just speak with support. I do get text messages from CC.

We have done over 160 for them in the past 4 months, not one door was opened. 90% of their orders are from PAS which has closed their doors to new agents, don't waste your time. Kris and Walter will promise the world and nothing comes of it

Anyone ever get paid on a cancellation order? I just went 45 miles to do 2 interiors for m2m and by the time I got back home one was cancelled. Wondering if they will pay me a cancellation fee? Not too mention the fact that the interior they cancelled was the WORST home I have ever seen. The trashout had not been done and it stunk from high heaven. And I may have gotten fleas from it. Argggghhhhh....

You have to ask - send them an email with the pictures and how much you want for the trip fee. They forgot to include my last trip fee, so you have to watch them, but they will make good on their promises. Just save your email where they agree to pay the trip fee.

Does anybody else ever read their completed BPOs with M2M? They will "review" the report and they have changed my value a couple of times. Today they adjusted the value by almost 30,000 but I don't see that being supported??? They don't contact the agent doing the report, just make the adjusment and put their "comments" on why? Anybody else deal with this? What are your thoughts? I hardly have any problems with people being concerned about my values. This is all new to me....

I actually got one from them and how I got it was pure luck on my part. They sent me one so I check it to see if it was still there, then all the sudden a new one came up whereas the one I was going for was already gone, so, it's more luck getting those than fast finger freddies.

Hello ALL:

I noticed this posting re: M2M. I have been doing BPO's here in Ft Lauderdale/Miami FL this year for a few companies (LandAm, Clear Capital). In the past 2 days I have been sent 10 orders from M2M but by the time I login they have already been cancelled/taken by another Agent. I'm assuming everyone else has the same issue?? I have a Blackberry so I get notified instantly but seems the orders are accepted w/in 10 seconds. Any tips/tricks I am missing? Do some Agents pay someone to sit in front of the computer all day and watch M2M website to accept the orders the instant they get posted?

No need to assume. Read the threads here and you will find plenty of discussion already on this topic.

I just completed my first BPO for M2M. I live in a suburban area and this was for a town home. All of my comps were in the same development - all were identical model matches. All of the sold comps were w/in three months and included one REO, one relo and one short sale. The three active listings were all REO's. Perfect comps right...... According to their reviewer that pulled data from sitexdata using comps that were "varying sizes" my value was "unsupported" and they raised it by $30,000. They disregarded my numerous comments about this particular unit being located in the worst location in the development(literally next to a BUSY freeway). I even uploaded an additional photo showing the freeway and the unit's front patio. Maybe I'm taking this way too personal, but I strongly disagree with their review. I had 6 model matches that supported my value - ugh! Justine mentioned that she has seen adjustments to her value as well. Does this change my "rating"? Espescially since this was my first one...

I had the same problem recently on one of my reports but on a much larger scale. When they give a value to the bank they give the agents value and the reviewers value.

On my report it showed that my value was $205,000 and the reviewers value was $340,000. I had to spend about 20 minutes on the phone with the reviewer but ultimately he ended up calling the bank and letting them know that they did a mistake. He was really nice about it and actually was interested in learning about the area and why there was such a big gap.

I don't know why they go and pull the information from sitex if you have good comps.
