Are you getting work from other companies or just the one that told you to purchase the software?
Can anyone comment on that?

you have to use multiform with the outsources as well. Pay the money and if you need any help using it PM me. I had a hard time when I started with it.

Most of the FM third party vendors will send you a pdf of the foms you need, but then you have to figure out how to fill in the pdf (such as print it then type information in). If you are working with third party vendors who do Fannie Mae listings (there are many, and NO we will not post a list of them), you will be better off if you have the software. It is one of the many costs associated with listing REOs.

Bumping. Has anyone purchased this software without having a Fannie Mae assignment? I have a vendor who wants me to purchase it but hasn't assigned me a Fannie Mae property. I hate to spend $500 first with no guarantee that I will get an assignment.

Seasaw,

You could tell them you are purchasing the forms and then purchase over the web after you get an assignment. . . You would be able to get web delivery, so you'd have them before you had any forms due.

If, by chance, you need a form really fast, just PM one of us. If you have an AMN user ID and log-on, you can get the forms off of eFannieMae.com. Some third party vendors just require the BPO, while others want you to send a zip package that includes the pdf, mfs, and xml components. The one thing you cannot do (without the software) is that whole package.

Liz

I spent $505 about year ago and never had to use it so far.
What a waste and money I think as they updated them recently so there will be another $500 if I have to use it.

Yes, RealBoots, Fannie has been updating forms like mad lately. The BPO is one of the few forms in my MultiForms suite that I can still use. CMS does charge for updates, so Seasaw should definitely wait until the last possible minute to make a purchase over the web.

From Fannie Mae vendor relations 2/2/2010:
Quote:
You may have recently been contacted by www.amnforms.com. The information on the site states that this company is currently offering free versions of several Fannie Mae NPDC forms that can populate with information you enter.

Please note that this company is not affiliated with Fannie Mae or acting at Fannie Mae's direction. The forms supplied on this website have not been reviewed or approved by Fannie Mae for use in this manner by AMN forms lite.

We will provide more information about www.amnforms.com as we learn more.

I recently spent $499.00 on MultiForm. I was expecting some top notch application and instead I got something that looks like it was created in 1954.
I did some research online and ran into AMNForms.com. They offer the same stuff that MultiForm does for $9.99 a month. Best of all, they include all updates automatically. So, for less than MultiForm charges for update, you get a better product that is web-based and was built in the 21st Century!
Talk about a winner! Works perfectly and I can access from anywhere. They really did their homework on this one!

What is the SAP E-Sourcing software? Is it same as the Multiforms?

SAP E-sourcing is how Fannie handles their vendor management and product cycles.
