Hi,

I have recently moved to Ottawa and have completed my Ontario Real Estate Examinations. I am looking for a brokerage with which to sign up. My criteria are:

1.) Helpful broker
2.) No (or minimal) monthly fee
3.) Reasonable split

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
