I'm looking to partner with Canadian Realtors that might come across Buyers that are looking to purchase property in South Florida. I have noticed an influx of Canadian buyers (retired) over the past year because of the heavy correction in prices in our market (current prices are 40%-60% less than 2005) and the exchange rate of the USdollar-CanadianDollar. I have been a R/E Broker for 5 years and am always looking to network with other Agents. I will be giving a 25% referral fee in the event the Buyer purchases a home.
I service all of Ft Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach Florida.
I would be interested in speaking further with any Realtors from Canada.

I am a relatively new Realtor who serves the cities of Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge (about an hour west of Toronto in Ontario, easily accessible by train, highways and buses). The K-W region is a great area, with a thriving technology and manufacturing sector and a high employment rate. We have great cultural resources, and community services.
I have a relocation package available for any clients you have thinking of moving to the north, that are full of information on the region, as well information on living in Ontario and Canada. Glad to see your message about referrals to Florida. Yes, I occasionally have a client looking for property in your neck of the woods, and recently sent a deal to another agent in Port Charlotte.
