I am looking for a lease, 1000 sqf or less. Its for an artist space, need ventilation, natural gas a plus. I guess I need an agent or company recomendation for dekalb/fulton county, or if someone has another idea on how to go about finding a suitable place, I have no idea about zoning and all that...maybe even a small commercial space?
