I would like to introduce myself. I am Jonathan Kostyra, Broker in Charge of Open House Realty Downtown. We run somewhat of an alternative real estate model where we give consumers (particularly home sellers) a menu of services or listing plans to choose from. However, when it comes to listing homes, we are full service and fully represent each seller during the process.

Our commission split model is a little alternative as well...but I will have to share this in another post.
