It never turns off. I've tried deleting all PMs...doesn't work. They're all read, no unread. Is there a setting I'm missing?

It should be ok now. Somehow the database showed you had an old unread PM that was not showing up in your PM list. I deleted it from the database and that should fix the flashing notification.

Mine does this as well.

Jess, in your case you actually do have an unread PM (from June 28) that shows on your list. The notification will keep flashing until you read the PM.

Still blinking.

I should have cleared that before you checked though. It has always blinked I just kind of assumed that was the way it was until I saw this topic.
