Looking for big investors for the Jordanian booming Real Estate market.
Jordan is a politically stable country with a strategic location in the region making it an aim for more development and faster advancement compared to many other countries in the world.

Amman is the capital of Jordan and if you have an idea about Dubai Real Estate market,well Amman will actually be the next Dubai in this part of the world in a few years time,with actual heavy work from many big contributers and huge land developers,and it is all taking place right now with many big projects of land development(both residential and commercial) being carried out.

Aqaba is Jordan's only seaport city,and is also being focused on by big contributers and land developers,with many land development projects carried out across its shore(of resorts,hotels and marina towns).


Now what makes it a great investment here is the exclusivity of properties, the city is rather small and in expansion phase which makes most land development projects unique, for example there currently only two skyscrapers in Amman (both in finishing stage) and they both got fully sold a long time ago because of the uniquness.
Another example is that Aqaba only has 26km of shore which makes any project implemented there automatically unique due to small shore area.

It is all about being a pioneer in the market,and this is the time for being a pioneer with the limited number of projects being carried out and most still not finished yet.

I aim for all investors interested here, and particularly for big investors(of 8 figure amounts) who seek buying entire projects for resale and I can provide them with the highly skilled local companies here who can market and sell the project for them.

We have been selling and buying fractional ownership properties around the world. Those destinations with solid a real estate investment return history draw the biggest crowd. Also, for our fractional ownership busuiness, the location is critical - if the location is very popular, its real estate value will appreciate. That is tough for a place that is new on the market.
