Anyone ever heard of this or take this course? This "New Agent" course is trained via satellite or online, but I wonder if you can take this course at anytime during the day? Is this course supposed to replace onsite training?

Century 21's website also states that they have online training for new agents as well. Anyone been through that?

My biggest concern (considering I have a full time day job) is making time for training after I get my license. Anyone out there been through my delimma?

CENTURY 21's program is called CREATE 21. It is six weeks with 4 weeks of live training through webex with a live instructor. During those 4 weeks, the class meets Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 90 minutes each day. The classes take place from early in the morning until late at night.

A tidbit about the course: Training Magazine has named it one of the top 100 American training programs for seven straight years (the only one by a real estate company).

Is this type of training normal for a beginner, or isnt there usually a mentor program as well? I am just confused over the general type of training once I get signed on with a broker.

no it is not for beginner, once you have tools in place, it helps take you to the next level
