What is your goal for BPO and/or REO for August?

I am shooting for 100 BPO and 2 new REO listings.

My goal is $2000 in bpo fees. I don't really have a "goal" of listings as I'm at the one company I work for mercy.

My goal is to get 10 new listings and and have 10 settlements

Already had 1 settlement and recieved a new listing too so off to a great start!

I can't tell you. It seems that when I verbalize something it ruins it! But I'll let you know when I get there...

10 bpo's,5 new reo listings,take out 4 developers for land and building acquisition selection,buy my mom a new house and purchase a 32 unit apartment complex 8 quad's using owner finance.

12 new REO listings, 75 BPO's, 15 closings at leat 5 both sides

$5000 in bpo income, close 5 curent pending sales, 10 new reos, 1 new bank, 5 curent reos under contract.

Making it to September. One month at a time. Hanging on in a deathly dead spooky eerily quiet vacation home market like Grim Death myself.

Doing BPOs makes me feel as if I'm doing SOMETHING!

So did any or all of you meet your goals for August?

I exceeded both # and $ goals by about 10%. That was after 2 months of falling short. I am 8% over my $ goal for YTD and dead on for # goal YTD.

No I took it easy last month.Did about half of what I posted.

Right now fixing to close on my mom's house that will have an arv equity position of about 80k.

I got my $ goal from bpos.

Better than last month. That's my goal.

I exceeded my goal and still took a weeks vacation! Now if I can do that once a month, I'll be really happy and so will my family!

When all was said and done - actually exceeded my goals!
