You need to get a blackberry - you can set it to go to the website and accept the incoming order. I used to do what you do - run to a computer - but Blackberry has changed all that and my BPO business ( or me grabbing them ASAP) has increased about 120%. I got tired of being burned from losing orders.
And in one week - with new orders- it basically paid for itself.

Yeah, I have the moto que and it works to grab farvv and cc, but not great for eml, etc - I'm gonna try working with it more to see.
My broker has a blackberry - she seems to have more luck with some sites, but others, I do better.. go figure!

Lin......
I do receive emails for orders....recently I was on their posting board and saw a few come up and then a few seconds later I got an email. I had a great person up to a few weeks ago that assigned the orders but that's change.....I have a new one now that doesn't respond to emails tho I did get one from his boss and said there were no issues when I got concerned about the sudden lack of orders. In a previous post I said I had taken 3 orders and a few hours later they were pulled (was a first for me). These 3 are still posted that they have to go to QC....they weren't placed there by me as I never had a chance to complete...since then no orders.

I would say about 1/2 my orders are pulled from their posting board (more or less). I recently purchased

a Palm 755p cell phone and I receive emails from CC. I know it can be set up for EML but not sure how to do that yet as the only info I currently have will send all emails and that won't work based on the volumn I get daily...just need to figure it out..

Our cell phone laws changed this month and the only way you can talk on it is hands free. My new phone is bluetooth but I took it one step further by buying a GPS unit that was bluetooth. I not only save time and gas now but also but take all calls (while on the road) through my GPS unit...it is by far the best investment I've made in years....

Anyone ever have the issue of getting locked out of EML? I am locked out with a bunch of orders due - all pics taken and comps chosen, just need to input --GGRRRRR!!!

Every once in a while I get locked out and they say that after logging on with the incorrect password a couple of times that you are locked out - but I did not even try to get on???

All this talk brings to mind that I have gotten the "timely" bonus on ALL the orders that I have completed and still they tell me that my average time is 4.5 days. And because of that they're limiting me to 2 orders. Doesn't make sense.

JIM...I did the same thing using GPS with bluetooth capability which's great. I wonder whether I can asked my rep to email me the orders?? Did you have to ask to get orders via email?

I wonder how the average time could be 4.5 days when their orders are dued in 48 hrs to get bonus. Maybe they calculate the QC time as well.

You must be your rep's favorite. Since I signed up with them 2 months ago or so I've never received even one order through email from EML frown

Lin

I started off with emails from EML. Their orders were just a few at the start. I would go to the posting board to add orders to what I already had. In time I started to receive more emails. It may have something to do with how many orders you've completed plus any poasible QC issues. About a month ago I had QC call me direct...the question was in regards to my 30 day pricing of $315k...property was currently listed at that price and no contract. I explained to QC that the property was a short sale and very few experienced agents will show this type of listing unless the sale has already been approved by the lender. If not approved it can take up to 3 months to get a response back from the lender. The fmv was $350k. QC agreed with me and my value was accepted.

Last month my "go to" person changed and has not responded to any of my emails. It was my understanding each state had it's own rep. My last rep was fantastic to work with,,,,,any issues and they were quickly resolved. About a month ago I started receiving eamil orders at 10:30 at night and ended around 12:30. Taking into consideration that there is a two hour time difference between here and Texas somebody was sure working late.
......got 4 emails and took one from the posting board. My only current issue is I've had no orders emailed in over two weeks plus none on the posting board. The three orders that were pulled (within two hours of my acceptance) show as waiting for QC and I hope that is not creating a problem for future orders. As I said earlier my new contact person does not respond to emails.....I did hear back from EML management that there were no issues but I just find it strange that no orders are coming in and other parts fo the State are receiving them. Even though other posts indicate that the new company coming on line is not related to EML I'm finding that hard to accept....maye it's all in the timing.....guess we will see when the new company starts to post jobs.

EML has it's up and downs, I didn't hear from them for several months last year and then suddenly the were dropping orders in Nov and Dec and then dropped off to nothing after the first of the year and then back up again in February and down again, etc.

Don't worry about it, all companies cycle and they may be down on orders right now, but next week or the week after, they could have tons.

Please help me. I went out to do a BPO that they sent me. The house is up a hill on a private driveway. No trepassing signs were posted. I can only see part of the garage. The rest is covered by trees. I cannot see the house. What should do I do? Thanks for your help.

Get pics of all of it - driveway, trees, sign, etc.
Submit and comment that you cannot see the subject property.
The problem is, do you have any idea what is there? Hopefully you have a prior listing or at least a tax card... If not - email them right now - ask if they have any info from appraisal or customer records.

We had one a little while back - same thing. No past listings - absolutely no view from the road. Turns out its 2 doublewides on about 100 acres - but the taxcard doesn't really say what structures are there... we had to ask the AM for appraisal info - (not eml - different company) still had to estimate quite a bit! It was UGLY... but it passed on through.
