Hi Justine B :) It is very rare to see our name isn't it!!
Focus: When you run into that situation I have been told to take a picture of the street and the driveway and note that you were not able to access the property because of the private driveway. Provide the street and driveway pictures and in my experience they accept that.

JIM...
I've done about 27 orders for them since I joined on 5/08. They're all from pushing "Find Work" button. Last week I didn't visit their site at all since I was overloaded with other companies assigning orders. I always get the $10 bonus and only minor QCs. Still no EML orders through email for me though.

The one thing I found out about 4 weeks ago the orders hit the posting board a few seconds before they're sent out to the agents. I was checking their posting board for work when a few seconds later my YOU GOT MAIL alerted me of an order. I've gotten orders as late as midnight from them......kind of makes it nice as most agents are sleeping by then.
I would check with your " go to person" and ask why they don't send you orders...won't hurt to ask. My contact person changed about 4 weeks ago and he doens't respond to emails. I have to constantly go back to the lady that was my "go to person" to get questions answered and issues resolved. She is such a sweetheart and has made my job much easier. I think this new person may be new at this and will give him the benefit of doubt for the time being.
EML was dead for 2 1/2 weeks. I emailed her and voiced my concerns. She emailed me back and said she would look at my profile to see if there were any issues. The next day she said I had a very high rating and there were no issues to be concerned with......said this was their slow time of year. Would you believe I got 4 orders this week (after the emaiL) of which 3 came in on Friday and were interiors.....go figure.

I don't even ask for an email alert. I just want more than the lousy limit of 2, especially since it takes 5 or 6 days to process them, while they consider me at my full limit. I've done 18 all of them we on time to get the bonus. I've had a few come back for clarifications, but those were addressed immediately. They just won't budge. They say that it takes me an average of 4.5 days to complete an order.

The one thing you don't wamt to do is alienate your contact person. You may be caught in a situation where they have their "favorite agents". I was with them for about a month when I realized I was maxed at 5. I'm not sure what my minimum was starting out. Currently I'm trying to get that number increase. I have a new contact person who doesn't respond to emails. I'm going to give him one more shot and if that fails I will contact my old contact person. I've stayed in contact with her since the transition and she continues to get my issues resolved. Your limit of 2 may be due to some QC issues or you just haven't done enough work for them to establish a track record. I believe it may be the latter. Their QC department has always been great to work with.
I hope this helps.....just hang in there

When I transmit an order for EML and it is "awaiting close of order" it does not count against my limit The best time to ask for a raise in your limit is when they are overloaded with orders, and they have put one on hold for clarification or verification of addres.

I agree with Alabama. For LA and EML I asked for an increase when they were flooded with orders. I am at 11 with LA eventhough they say that 10 is the max and 10 with EML. Just keep working hard and have good ratings and the companies will raise your limits.

I've never had a reason to contact EML about a problem with an order. Thankfully I've always been on time and I've never had a QC problem *knock on wood* Would you still recommend making contact just to establish a relationship?

JIM...I just left my "go to person" a voicemail about adding me in their email alert list. Couple hours later, I got an email alert for assignment. Was too late to accept that order but I logged in to click "Find Work" for the past 3 hours and got 3 orders today. Off to work...
