I have been doing quit a bit of work for these folks lately. for the most part, they are great. I will tke the good with the bad. they pay good, they pay often. I do really well with the QC folks. BUT, there is one person tht seems to send quite a few of my orders back. Its uncanny, the others rarely do and this person does very often. Shoot, may be they are wrong and the person questioning me is right. I had a subject today, all the comps were the same model, same subdivision, same age, price....just cookie cutter city. It got sent back....it has gotten to where I just feel as if it is a power thing or something. I think I read something about something similar on here but searched and I am not finding it. It is one person in particular, nice enough but really difficult. Anybody having a similar experience? I've had that, but not with this company. There's one individual who auto assigns me orders and will QC every single one of them. It's gotten past ridiculous. I put up with it because I get listings. When the guy can't find anything to QC on the form, he just makes up questions about things that they supposedly need. I guess there's one at every company. lol

When you have a problem with one of them contact another QC person for assistance. Sometimes they like to upstage each other. I always contact B Caton

Listings? since when does EML give listings? Read the post steph made more carefully. It doesn't say eML gives listings. She had begun talking about a different company at that point.

Listings? since when does EML give listings? One of my reo providers seconds out back up interiors through EML. So it is not a direct relationship, but there is a relationship.

What do you do when their is no name or unit number and the order is due AND there is nobody to speak to. How do you choose which apartment in building to valuate? To not do order mean late order. ! Do you wait till office is open to ask and let order lapse?

Sometimes they'll provide the owners name. Pull the name up in tax records and find the address that way.

EML is easy to work with......the issue appears to be on their side.....I would just email them and advise them of the problem...no point in getting all stressed out......I've never had my rating dinged, when the issue is on their end.........as I stated earlier, they're easy to work with.

Yes they are pretty easy.I was not getting dinged at all...ever. lately, I am getting dinged quite a bit and its all the same person. Even so, if the ding gets addressed quickly and to their satisfaction, you do not get a rating hit. In hindsight, maybe I am not getting "dinged", I am getting questioned more frequently the last couple of weeks...and as mentioned, it is all one person. IN regards to this one, you should not get hit on it. I look my stuff up as soon as I accept it to make certain there are not issues such as this...
