Jeff has been all over Active Rain for the past week or so pumping REO AllStars. There he says he is an AM for OOMC and he goes to REO AllStars first.

Don't know what's true and what's hype, but he would have a hard time finding agents locally on his site.

What is the point of giving this person a hard time. If he is promoting, who is hurt.
We need more asset mangers on this site, those that are on are very helpfull and usually can answer our dumb questions with a different view.

(Sorry friends - I just had too. It's gonna be one of those saucy days for me, I think!)

Sorry the post stunk like spam from a mile away...

Jeffs post from another board...
Any REO Professionals out there?

Well. I'll admit that I signed up for the site. I had seen jeff's comments on an AR blog, but I forgot to check this site. It does seem that he is promoting this product. The thing is I had read this post a couple of weeks ago and I forgot to double check to make sure this was a reputable company to work with, with the members of this forum. >.< .
......
Well one of us has to be able to tell the others if they get listings from this directory. I'll keep you guys posted.

Jeff is not longer with Option one anymore! I got an email from him the other day and he's not yet with any other company.

just doing a bump to see if anyone is still seeing work come thru reo network, and if anyone actually recently coughed up the dough.

I am thinking of joining. They recently reassigned one of my listings and I noticed that the agent they gave it to just joined reo network in 2008. The thing that irritates me is that it seems that his office is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. But it seems to be paying off for him, according to his testimony.

I still get assignments from my exposure on REONetwork but do not pay for any premium placement there.

What is the secret...??? I've been on for a year or so and have not received anything. I do pay every month for zip code areas.
