Hey, I wasn't the one calling people ignorant, it was the "believers" who were being snotty.

In fact I find that attitude on here a lot; someone loves a particular system or way of doing something, and then calls people who disagree or prefer other methods all kinds of things, like "unmotivated," "lazy", "non-producers," "ignorant," "unprofessional," or "dinosaurs," to name a few.

It's pretty stupid if you ask me. Nothing wrong with saying "Well, whatever works, go for it.."

I've never met Froy, however,living a couple of hundred miles from him I have heard of him and his amazing amount of production. It's funny I don't know about you but I've known of people who did some very amazing things with their lives and most of us have never heard of them!!

There is no question about it some people have a different mind set and energy about work, it might be hard to believe someone like Froy can work like that and do it everyday. Some people just might turn their noise up about how he goes door to door early in the morning and that ok? He is doing more than just beating his competition, he is helping hundreds of people realize their dreams of selling and buying a home.

Thats not all, he helps others who are in need.

And regarding a point you made earlier...I agree that realtors are prey to many schemes...i.e. buying leads comes to mind. Some say that salespeople are the easiest to sell to.

It's hard to verify, isn't it?

Well one of the guys that took that famous picture of nellie admitted on his death bed it was a hoax so i say C is out.

You can verify me because you can see my website linked at the bottom of my post. You can then see my agent # and broker office (and THEIR license number) once you visit the website. Then you can call me on my cell phone and most likely I will answer. (please don't try to sell me anything though or I will be very rude, my minutes are not to be wasted...LOL) You can also find all sorts of references to me and my office and my market area when you google me...including my own website as well as my broker's website. All the pieces will add up.

With Froy, all the pieces have mostly added up to several threads on agent boards talking about him - but no website that listed him as an agent, no listings, nothing but a bunch of agent buzz and some questions about his license and who his broker is (except for this one interview and a news article titled Ferry Tales, interestingly enough.)

I think it's smart to be skeptical of such a legendary character. I wouldn't be surprised if he DID turn out to be some kind of marketing tool of Ferry's. I really wouldn't but then again, I always told myself I was too suspicious.

Maybe it's because I've been suckered once or twice in the past and the old adage goes "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me..."

It's not that I'm cynical (or maybe I am) but maybe I'm just more careful about whose words I trust. The only reason I signed up for Borino's XPlus system is because others on this board, whom I've been chatting with for well over a year have given it good reviews (though I admit I haven't done anything with it yet, I have been too busy following up on other leads right now).

I didn't believe Borino just because he said it was great, I believed Borino because people I trusted - estatereal and Jennifer Allan, said it was a great product. I bought Jennifer Allan's Sell With Soul book after following her on here for some time and reading her blogs on ActiveRain and exchanging personal emails with her.

I realize that Froy isn't trying to sell anything and nobody here is trying to sell anything but I also would be more inclined to believe the stories if someone who I know to be reliable (sorry, newbies, I don't automatically believe what you say just because you say so - I don't know you from Adam, maybe after you hang out here for a few months and I see that you're not given to wild tales and that you're relatively sane, I'll believe you... )

Trust is precious and is not something that should be given out willy nilly - it needs to be earned.

Here is why I think Froy is more likely to be real than not based on then interview. His interview was bad, it was boring, not very inspiring besides the stats. If he was trying to create a legend i think he would have found someone more inspirational.

Here is the other thing in my mind. Just because his system works for him doesnt mean it will work for everyone. Also because he is off the grid (realtor/mls) we will never know if his numbers are real. They may be, maybe they are not, so while i believe he is real, i dont know if his numbers are completely accurate or not.

WHat I would really like to know is someone on here must live in his area. Are his signs everywhere or not?

Dean, I agree if Froy is real and his numbers are real I would be willing to bet his system wouldn't work for anyone else (or nearly no one). How many people have the energy, drive, and charisma to do that much prospecting and who happen to also have chosen real estate sales as their business? He's probably the only one.


You forget that he gets all of his business (buyers as well as sellers) from prospecting. He doesn't use signs.
