MortgageFieldRep.com is another one

A friend of mine joined a simliar network and said he received some calls from a asset manager looking to give him some assignments. He also they provided a list of 200 asset management companies. It sounds like a great site.

But, I'm just curious if anyone have heard anything about them. Good, bad, ugly before I sign up.

I am thinking about laying out the $$ for this membership. All the big players in my area are Premium Members.....Anymore opinions out there on joining this group?

I paid for 6 months because all the heavy hitters in my area were premium members. I never saw an increase in business. I didn't renew after my subscription expired.

About 3 years ago when I first started with the reo network I got an assignment from Land America and then others followed as long as I joined and signed up with their asset management companies ... got a $15K commission assignment just about 1.5 years ago just because I was listed there and had a Premium listing with them at that time. I faild to renew ... and I'm back down on the basic list with every other agent that is registered with them and does any work for CC. So my assignments have slowed down and I am left with only a couple of clients ... I think it's about time to go Premium again

Its a chunk of money....but the closet agent is 25 miles from my zip. There are 4 premium members within 25-30 miles of me, a number that seems low to me. I have a couple years REO experience now and a list (though short) of client-banks I have done work for, so.... I am considering it.....I just need a sign to pull the trigger...

I signed up for premium and paid the fees. I recieved a solicitation from Kondaur to do a free BPO. I did not renew my premium membership.

Bump ... Anyone with updated results? Thinking about pulling the trigger today on this... The heavy hitters in my area seem to be constant subscribers for premium ...

I've gotten a couple of emails from investors that supposedly saw my info on REO Network. They are looking for realtors in my area that can email them listings and work with them to purchase REO properties. Has anyone else been contacted? Is this some type of scam going on?

I don't recommend to pay anyone for work...unless you are working with them i.e. OWB asks you sign with RES.NET.
