Has anyone heard of Zip Realty or ReLogic? If so, any feedback -- good or bad? I've been doing some research on the net, and these two firms seem to do things differently than other firms I'm reading about.

Zip appears to focus mostly on representing buyers. Their salespeople are employees (not independent contractors), so the company exerts a good deal of control over the employees' activities. I haven't heard anything bad about Zip. If you want to have minimum independence and do a lot of daily cold-calling, and you must document it, then give them a try.

ZIP been covered in this forum, try the search function, there is quite a large thread about them.

RELogic - not familiar with them, but again try searching, there may be a thread here.

I LOVE ziprealty's website. I think it's one of the more functional sites out there for browsers. I've contacted them to find more about working for them and they have a not so appealing commission structure but pay for a lot of expenses.

I've seen another thread on them, too.

I'd also like to know more details about working for them, from someone who actually is a Zip agent.
