I question the morals of a teacher who uses fairy tales disguised as TRUTH to his paying students. Seriously. I find it hard to believe that so many don't mind being deceived.

But then again, look at our politicians. They lie all the time and we still look the other way, excuse them, and vote for thema gain....

Honestly I don't know why people waste so much time on this. MF said that Froy goes door to door, doesn't list anything in the MLS and double ends almost every sale. Unless you can prove its a lie, there is no point is speculating whether or not it's true or describing anything as "deceptive". I would be worried about libel speculating about something that damages the reputation of someone without concerete proof. Who cares anyway?

There is no doubt that the MF system works for those who follow it. Is it something I want to do? No.

Why do people talk about anything? Because it is interesting to them.

I happened to see videos of Mike Ferry's seminars, about the time that Froy was beginning to attend them, by agents who purchased the videos. Ferry is quite a rude and insulting fellow. I don't know why any person would do business with him, except that he is very pushy and deceptive, not qualities to admire. Perhaps agents attend for the camaraderie with other agents who attend, as Mike Ferry himself is a good example of what not to do.

mike is a rude and insulting..
as far as the reason we follow him..
is because it works..period.
it makes us money..period.
and i find out of all real estate trainers he tells the truth..
and its hard for mediocre agents to hear the truth..
that they are in general
a magic pill seeking bunch..
that they dont act like real estate is a real business..
as far as froy, goes..i never heard it discussed in mfo..
but none of you can prove he doesnt exist..
or prove mike ferry doesnt work..
in fact most of people on here use screen names..so maybe they dont exist...
for every froy..
i can name you 10 agents doing over 100 transactions making millions..
using mike ferry system..
making fun of froy is 1 thing..
trying to discredit the whole mike ferry system..is rather..silly

Of course there are many agents who would respect Mike Ferry for being rude and insulting.

As to his system, it is nonsense and proves nothing.

He is good at selling seminars though - if that's the type of thing that you like.

But I also wonder, if you're doing so great, how it is you can be on here defending MF so much - ?

I am sure that the Ferry system works for some people..I take that back...I am sure that the Mike Ferry systems works VERY well for some people and that really isn't the debate/question here. I am also sure that Froy is a real person but I don't believe the Ferry tales on this legend.

awwwww ur sooo cute,..its called time management..i use a mojo auto dialer..most times im either on here before prospecting..8am-11am im on the phones..so if you see i posted during those hours, i have the dialer running..

and shouldnt you be out doing bpo's for like $10 per hour,..avoiding real buyers and sellers..joking..relax..

i post defense of his coaches and my other mentors..cause heaven forbid newbies read this stuff and think it doesnt work..

I Don't get it at all. There are painting companies out
that only have 1 or 2 people in the company and then you
have companies with 30 employees. It's the same deal with
Froy, I called his company a couple times in the 1990 and
always spoke to Arila, she was door knocking herself 4 hours
a day and they had a bunch of students following up on all
their leads. So keep in mind when you look at Froy you are
looking at anywere between 5-7 people. I suspect Froy has
made his money and or had a heart attack and got afraid of
working 100 hours a week.

Same deal in our office, out top agent has 3 people working full time for her. Bill Gates couldn't have done everything
himself either same holds true for Mike Ferry I'm sure he has at least 10 people working for him.

Price Waterhouse Coopers has over 100,000 people working for them world wide, I do a lot of their relocation work and I don't see you guys making fun of them because they wood sue the heck out of all of you..

Price Waterhouse Coopers had some employees who walked into a bar and sat down next to two salesmen (one was Mike Ferry and one was Froy Cadleino).

Water house employees asked Froy for a light and Mike Ferry was supposed to have said, there is no room for smokers allowed in my outfit. Now who rents and is tired of flushing that rent check down the toilet every month? I'm taking numbers and my main man Froy is going to close the deal for me.

At that point a Rabbi and a Catholic Priest stumbled in with who of all people between them----Raquel Welch.

They all had a good laugh.

I do it all - I do bpos, sell reos, list and sell fair market value homes. Plus, I own and manage my own rental properties.

i only defend stuff that has made me money..
'most trainings out there, and just advice in general about our business is garbage..
i would never defend, open houses, floor time or magic pills cause that stuff never made me a penny..in fact the whole social media thing everybody preaching never made me a penny...
