I live a mile or so from that Keller Williams office. So I went in there to find out what's going on.

Sure enough, he's real. At least, the shrine in the back corner of the office (between the break room and the rest rooms) suggests so.

The receptionist also quietly confessed that he is part of the KW brokerage, but cast furtive, nervous glances around the room while she answered me.

The funny thing, though. You're not allowed to actually say the name "Froy" aloud inside the office. Much like not saying "Yahweh" aloud is part of the Jewish tradition. Trust me, I earned that the hard way; the managing broker actually had me forcibly removed from their office for violating that rule.

Part or all of that story is a joke right? They really didn't ask you to leave... did they?

Because of the almost god-like quality this guy has. He has been held up as some kind of golden boy of Mike Ferry's system and proof that it works - but when you try to make the rubber meet the road and prove some of his astonishing accomplishments - they are non-existent.

Which means someone is being deceptive somewhere along the line. If you don't have a problem with lying to impress your followers, then there is nothing I can say to that.

I'd wager that Froy makes much more money getting paid by the Mike Ferry organization to be one of its marketing gimmicks than he does selling real estate. If he ever knocked on my door at 6 a.m. in the morning, he would be in the back seat of a police car in about 7 minutes having to explain himself, and show his door-to-door license, which doesn't allow 6 a.m. solicitations. He wouldn't make quota that day. Matter of fact I'd probably sue him for disturbing the peace and creating a nuisance, what with all the dogs barking from his shenanigans and door knocking. Once in litigation, I'd subpoena all his 1099s to see what a phoney pony he is.

Don't forget folks like Chris Heller, Karen Bernardi, Liz Carter, Greg Harrelson, David Norberg, Neil Schwartz (owner of the #1 C21 in the world), Mike Darda, etc etc etc of agents who dominate by prospecting in their markets.

What amazes me is not that some other agents close a lot of transactions. I'll give them props. I am amazed at the number of zealots who accept hook, line and sinker the whopping tale that Froy sells 1500 homes a year by himself and that he double ends every transaction, even though, his adoring fans state, he is not a member of his local MLS nor a Realtor, and the reason why nobody can verify his sales, so it is said, is that it's all done very low key. If only I could package all the BS, I could fertilize all the farms in the country.

For all I know Ferry could have dropped Froy from his line up but he was talking about him in an interview in 2008 according to people here and on other threads. Additionally, Ferry mentioned Candeliero in this book ( tinyurlnotallowed/3k9qma3 )

I really don't give a hoot if he does exist or not. I do think it's bad business to use deception to sell a product or service. And the mere fact that this Froy person has not a single listing on the MLS and yet makes claims that are impossible to verify makes it MORE than suspicious IMHO.

And if I suspect someone is lying to me in one aspect in order to get my money, I'm sure they're lying in others.

He left real estate to pursue damages against Ben Franklin, Sam Morse, Al Bell, Tom Edison and Al gore

But had to keep selling real estate to pay the lawyers?
