Froy is a myth created to give credibility to someone's coaching. Back in the days before the Internet it was easy to pull the wool over people's eyes. Now, not so much.

Plus earlier in this thread he was supposed to have his own C21 office.

The only thing wrong there is my start date for my brokers license, they had a problem with destroyed records and just used the earliest dates they could find for a ton of us. No big deal. I guess we should have filed our expired licenses so we could have given them a better date. Got a salesman's license in 1965.

Started as a real estate investor in 1955 one week after my 16th birthday with my older brother who was 19 and married so we could sign a contract. You had to be 21 then, well actually made my first investment at 12 but that is another story.

Plus my father was a builder-contractor so real estate wasn't anything new. On the other hand on my many trips to SoCal escrows and closings not a single one had done an escrow with this mythical hotshot.

That's cause he double ends every single deal Brian. That's why he has no listings online; he sells them before he has to put them on the MLS. His phone number is not on his so-called website because he's out pounding the pavement, he has no need of you calling him; just sit tight, he will call you; he will telepathically discover when you are ready to buy or sell and he will show up on your doorstep, miraculously, with either the perfect house (that he just listed) or the perfect buyer (that he just found by door knocking).

Now, to nay sayers like us that sounds ridiculous....but to the believers....it's 2nd only to the Holy Bible for inspiration...it is Real Estate Nirvana, it just IS.

We all have a little Froy in us.

But only some of us have the courage to face the truth.

I checked...there is indeed a guy by that name with a license. but don't you think it's only a little odd/suspect that he has NO listings in the MLS? Just a little teensy weensy bit odd that such a powerhouse agent is an enigma to everyone except the Ferry Inner Circle?

Bay Area Brian put out a challenge and I responded, even called me BS and I responded impulsively. It's easy to put out that kind of challenge when it's not you on the line. I thought about it and it didn't feel right to post someone's picture on a thread that doesn't speak positively about that person, so I changed my mind.
