I am in possession of a series of photos that I think are pretty indisputable. I suppose we naysayers now have some apologizing to do. The first image shows a man identified as Froy door knocking shortly after 6am. Apparently several agents in his 'shadow program' were with him today. After several hours he allowed them to do the knocking and seemed to be critiquing them on their performances. He does indeed wear a suit while knocking and finished up mid-afternoon before heading back to his office in his Lamborghini.

I don't think most people in this thread doubted there is a person named Froy. The issue is the fantastic claim that he double ends 800 transactions a year without using the MLS and without having a broker's license and without working for a broker. Do you have any information documenting any transactions he has closed this year? In California, you can't list someone's home to sell without working under a broker's license. It's illegal. If Froy is not propertly licensed, every buyer and seller involved in a transaction with him would be entitled to a return of the fees paid in commission and some would be able to rescind their transactions if they didn't like what happened in the market.

The photos don't answer two questions: Do Ferry and Froy exaggerate Froy's alleged sales to help Ferry sell seminars, coaching and other goodies? And is Froy properly licensed for his activities?

That guy looks too tall to be Froy, unless the lady at the house is a dwarf. Isn't Froy supposed to be 5' 4" or something?

And who wears long, hooded parkas in Los Angeles anyway?

interesting, the weather today Aug-1-2008 in LA is about 75F, the second photo shows the snow on the ground.....hmmm....let's go ski in LA...

It's amazing the lengths the naysayers will go to to discredit the most successful in our business. Another poster indicated many are simply jealous of Froy's accomplishments, and I can only presume that is the motivation here. Now we have posters actually claiming that it snows in Los Angeles California in August! Who do you believe? Mike Ferry? Or some nobody on a message board who believes they see snow when the weather is 75F???

Another poster PM'd me and seems very confused about the apparent 'snow' seen in photo number 2.

My friend has verified that that is not snow, but ash blown in from some of the California forest fires. Those are not parkas, but raincoats to protect their clothing from the ash in the air.

Besides, I think the certificate is evidence enough to close this case once and for all.
