Thank you all for you input. When I spoke to the rep I told her that I only go below a certain price if it is for a listing. She gave no indication that a listing might come from it. She said she'd submit it for the increased fee. We'll see. I'd rather not take it at all, but I don't want to alienate any companies.

GAWD ...I love reading these threads...I've just gotten 2 that were sent to me "auto", not blasted. Should I consider them REO even tho they were the nasco site for data entry?

There listings go through Reotrans. I was contacted from Landam but then sent to Reotrans to service the new listing.

Yep. Unfortunately, though, it's back up. There goes my excuse for being late on the orders due in the morning. Darn. Why couldn't it stay down longer?!

Does anyone have any clarification on the difference between the two systems and possibly the two bpo divisions within Landam. I signed up recently with Landam and have been approved but only have access to the NASCO site - i.e. no find work button. It is with Land America Lender services (also called Land America Valuation services). There is another site that runs Mindbrix which seems to be part of LandAmerica Default Servicing out of California. I've read all the LandAm threads but can't quite figure out the difference between the two (companies that is, there is a huge difference between the two software platforms). Perhaps it's just a matter of the transition from the old system to the new system. Any clarification would be appreciated.

This is what I know and it could be different for others. We were referred to Land Am REO Division (in this case they were a finder for AMC / CitiRL) by a reviewer. All our properties went through the old AMC (now Citi) OMS system. Since that time anytime we've been called for a listing it has been direct through Citi and not Land Am. We've worked on no other platform but their own.

Land America Default Services we communicate with through Pennsylvania (and sometimes California). When listing and contact initially occurred through the REO division, our asset managers have been in multiple states (Illinois, California, and Texas).

Not that I'm terribly worried, but has anyone received their check for June orders yet?

Has anyone done a LandAm BPO (on the Nascopgh site) using the BPO Cbank Exterior form? The engagement letter email included the BPO form as a pdf. It's a very straightforward form, but it appears to be a non-fillable form. There is no way to type in or upload the information. The only option for completing the form seems to be to print it out and then either write in the information by hand or go find an old typewriter.

Surely I'm missing something obvious here? I haven't used this form before and it appears to be unique to citibank. Any advice would be much appreciated. I've emailed the AM on this but it's the weekend and the BPO is due monday morning. Every other BPO for every other vendor lately has been an online form or at worst a pdf you can type into, but I can't figure this one out.

(By the way, if you accept a citibank exterior with landam they want original photos from you for all sold and list comps, not mls photos. Quite a bit of extra work)
