I had a pre approval submitted yesterday that was typed up in Microsoft Word. No company name or anything. It just said, Congrats Buyers you are pre approved up to $XXX,XXX. I just laughed.

Thanks; but I was speaking of the Reddish Brown Rectangular structure "on Top" of the Boulder, at what appears to be about 30° angle, and even having what appears to be a roof line.

Oh, what looks like a "roof" is actually a protector of some sorts on the electrical lines that are also right behind the house.
