Well, I got my brokers then stayed with an office for a while. If you want to know how long it took me to get some earnings as a broker after I started my own firm, assuming the escrows I am in right now close, it will be 57 days after I officially started my own company.

Why don't you open an escrow company and title company inside your brokerage also? That will increase your first year revenue. Don't let the experience thing get in your way either.
