As a Keller Williams agent, I MUST suggest Gary Keller's book, the Millionaire Real Estate Agent, MREA.

Good luck with the classes!

I second getting the MREA. Some say its too much for a new agent but it really shows you how to take simple concepts and roll them into a bigger career

Remember this business is not just about helping people find their dreams... it's also a business... a numbers business. And Gary Keller's MREA breaks down the numbers business in a very straightforward, logical, and methodical manner.

How much do you want to net in a year?
How much do you need to gross to achieve that net?
How much volume is required for that gross income?
How many sales must you make to reach that volume?
How many listings and buyers will you need to close?
How many clients must you work with to close those deals?
How many leads do you need to generate to obtain that number of clients?

Most important... once you determine the number of leads you'll need, what is your plan each day of the week to generate all those leads?

Of course there is much, much more to it than this. The book walks you through various models from new agent to multi-million dollar power team leader! It's got something for everyone!

Good luck!

Like my fellow KW agents here...I have the MREA book also..my wife got it for me a while back when I first started classes online...

I like it..but I seem to get more out of Jennifers book and the idiots guide to being a successful RE agent.....its been mentioned before here but for those folks that are new to this forum I recommend visiting sellwithsoul.com ..and buying the book on SOI seduction for right now...
