Is anyone else still having problems with CW being exceptionally slow right now? Of course I have 8 pending all due by tomorrow. I guess tomorrow will be a lot of screen time for me!

I've been doing BPOs through CW for quite a while, and the other companies I use have an easy-to-access manual. I can't find the one for Countrywide explaining things such as what they consider rural...I've been guessing. Can anyone point me to the manual?

Use the bpo manual on the site. go to the home page and click the title "Attention! The BPO Valuation Services manual is now available"
