Wondering if any of you have any knowledge of any LEGIT Loss mitigation companies to help those facing foreclosure. I really like the idea actually helping someone beat foreclosure or having to do a shortsale and it would really create good word of mouth. I have been checking out Freedom Foreclosure Prevention, but of course there is some MLM aspects to it that I'm not interested in. Are there companies out there that are legit that any of you know of? I dont wont to work for free but it would be a great way to help others out. Just putting it out there. What do you guys think?
