Has anyone ever done a booth like this? This will be my first time ever doing a booth for anything. Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas for such a booth?

Thanks!

Know the ranks, have a pay chart and housing allowance chart by rank available. Best yet, have a lender at the booth with you who can pre-qualify buyers.
Have MLS access and local school etc. info. on hand. Know which area/subdivision what rank can most likely afford. Provide lots of info. You probably will be competing with the USAA movers advantage program, be prepared and competitive.

Make sure you can answer detailed questions about VA loans.

You wanted to give something of value away to Contractors earlier. To secure some quality leads, maybe this would be a good place to give something away in exchange for good quality leads with contact information. A free CMA or a free confidential Pre-Qualification or something else unique that you will think of.

I equate this "fair" to something similar to a trade show, and you can't get good information or have very many quality conversations in the noise of an auditorium or arena. I could never remember who or how many people I had spoken with . . . . I just hoped they (the serious ones) would remember speaking with me !

What you can do is try to make your own good, consistent and memorable impression; and try to come up with some mechanism for your good prospects to volunteer their contact information to you for subsequent follow-up.
