Thank you all for you input. When I spoke to the rep I told her that I only go below a certain price if it is for a listing. She gave no indication that a listing might come from it. She said she'd submit it for the increased fee. We'll see. I'd rather not take it at all, but I don't want to alienate any companies.

GAWD ...I love reading these threads...I've just gotten 2 that were sent to me "auto", not blasted. Should I consider them REO even tho they were the nasco site for data entry?

There listings go through Reotrans. I was contacted from Landam but then sent to Reotrans to service the new listing.

Yep. Unfortunately, though, it's back up. There goes my excuse for being late on the orders due in the morning. Darn. Why couldn't it stay down longer?!

This is what I know and it could be different for others. We were referred to Land Am REO Division (in this case they were a finder for AMC / CitiRL) by a reviewer. All our properties went through the old AMC (now Citi) OMS system. Since that time anytime we've been called for a listing it has been direct through Citi and not Land Am. We've worked on no other platform but their own.
Land America Default Services we communicate with through Pennsylvania (and sometimes California). When listing and contact initially occurred through the REO division, our asset managers have been in multiple states (Illinois, California, and Texas).
