Anyone know what is the difference between LA Default Services and LA Field Services? I am getting the email to join the field services division.

Field Services handles property inspections - say for checking on the progress of construction for drawing on a construction loan. Just did one for them where they were putting on a new roof, I inspected when they did the tear off and then again when the roof was done.

Ok.. New to this posting thing.. Just need to vent on this matter! Land America has gone so far down hill since the move from Cal to Penn. Yesterday I drove over 20 miles with gas being $4.00 a gallon to do a order for them. As soon as I got home they had changed the address on me. Just recieved an email telling me to do the new address or the order will be re assigned. If I hear VIP client 1 more time I dont know what ill do.

This used to be a great company. Now they obviously dont care about their field reps that keep them in business. Oh and lil miss E-Money, to hell with her not reading and 15% BS! When you are dealing with a $10,000 house you are talking about $1,500 which is very unrealistic in todays market. This company needs to wake up and smell the REO'S before the loose the rest of their "VIP clients".

Just received this months check, be sure and check your records close because one of my orders was not paid the appropriate amount. No biggy only short by $20, but if they do that to each agent, each month it could add up. I have sent them an email, hopefully it won't be a pain getting them to pay up the difference. That's 4 gallons of gas!

I had the same situation today. An exterior was upgraded to an interior, but I was only paid the exterior fee. One of the people in the accounts payable department was very prompt in responding and corrected the problem. The additional fee will be added to the next check. I'll be keeping an eye on it.

Has anyone gotten any updates from LandAm as to when they are going to switch over to their auto-assign program. Ive stopped looking for work from them over the past couple of months so Im out of the LandAm loop. When the idea first came out, they had said it would launch this summer.

I have not heard aything...but have picked up orders on the site via babysitting.
