I was just browsing my MLS for some properties and happened to trip on this property. Not only was this photo taken of a room corner as you can see, it was the first and ONLY photo of the property! LMAO! People are so lazy! Why even bother?

I've seen plenty of pictures like that, but for that to be the ONLY one....is simply amazing.

I saw one recently that had just one photo and it was literally just a picture of the toilet. And in the comments section it went on and on about all of the upgrades and recent improvements. You gotta wonder how these people survive in this world!!

Maybe they don't want to show the rest of the house

Well, the walls look plumb; and the carpet has been vacuumed; equipped with electricity cable and phone. Nice vertical blinds too; and no stains in front of the door. I especially like that the walls haven't been all scarred up with holes from by-gone decorations . . . . I'll take it !

Come on folks. These agents that post these kinds of pics on their listings have studied the human psyche and they are counting on buyers curiousity to want to see the rest of the house. Like if this is the toilet then the rest of the house must be great let's go see it. I think this is the wave of the future. For my next listing I'm going to take a picture of the oven/range and that's it. Virtual tours useless. Videos? Waste of time. Pictures of the interior of the front door. Priceless.

Lazy agent? Nah. Just flat out STUPID. If he were lazy, he wouldn't have bothered getting out of the car. I'll bet you he really thinks this is good service. STUPID.

toilet pic = the house is crap

The laziest MLS photos are one where you can see the outline of the agent's car window or rear view mirror on the edge of the photo.

This is a pretty dumb picture though.

We had one on our MLS of the backyard of a home.....including the kids playing on the swings!

I've seen several with people on the sidelines, making me wonder if that was the staff that came with the home...LOL

That picture has the word Sold all over it!

Then why even bother taking THIS photo? Most agents don't realize that "room corner" photos are really stupid looking!
