Well first it was the VA (or so it seems...), now Ocwen has lost it's relationship with MCS????

From Ocwen asset manager:
<<<snip>>>
Hi Realtors,

This property that is currently assigned to you was maintained by MCS ( 3rd party vendor) Who is no longer going to work with us.

So you will have to take care of all the maintenance work of the property.

So that means we are getting stuck with all the bills???
I have a VA home that was supposed to get the roof done and luckily there was some invoice issues and I have called my asset manager and emails him to talk to him and found out that VA was pulling out from Ocwen.....soo I assume that we will no longer be servicing that asset any longer. Anyone have any idea if we should just shut everything off (utilities) in order to alleviate any further losses (not get reimbursed)?????

I wouldn't worry about getting reimbursed from them. Usually, reimbursement problems are a result of an error made by the agent filling out the e-invoice.
I've made the mistakes on them myself. But once you get the hang of it you get reimbursed regularly.

Never had an Ocwen asset managed by a pp company yet. But if its a VA and they're on the way out, It would make sense that the remaining assets would be processed as usual.

Well I have stopped the roof repair as of right now as the AM will not return my phone call. Also was instructed to front a $800 water bill that I am extremely leery to front as I cannot even get them to approve my $60 lawn bill. They don't like the individual mowing dates on the invoice, they have to be individually submitted if the service dates are on there, so now I had the lawn guy just write on the invoice. Lawn Care for the month of April!

That's right, the invoices need to be separate. The more separate, the better. Several dates on one invoice won't fly.
However a water bill should be a lot easier. The invoice Date of Service is the end date on your water bill.(They actually give you hint regarding that one)

No it was the exact dates he mowed for that month!! ie

April 4, April 8, April 15!!!
All other companies want the date of service, and I thought they did as well...It has benn awhile since I have gotten anything from them and honestly they are quite the pain, but definately don't want to turn down ANY business!! Well there are some smile

Thanks for the hint regarding the ending date on the water bill..same as the electric bills????

Ocwen invoice reimbursement is a nightmare...you get better though with each one you do. Just remember to include asset number, property address, date of service and copy of check for each.
